Designed for our uninsured patients, the yearly Seva Select Preventive Plan is only $349 for adults and $229 for children 13 years and younger. The Seva Select Preventive Plan offers you and your family an affordable option to get the oral care you need to maintain a healthy smile.
Seva Select preventive Includes:
- 2 oral exams per year
- 2 dental cleanings per year
- 1 set of recommended yearly X-rays
- 1 professional fluoride treatment
- 1 periodontal screenings per year (for adults)
- 2 oral cancer screenings per year (for adults)
- 10% savings on any additional dental treatments*
Seva Select is not dental insurance, is non-refundable and is valid for one year from date of sign up. Seva Select cannot be used for products or combined with other specials.

Periodontal Plan
Exclusively for our uninsured periodontal patients, the Seva Select Periodontal Plan helps maintain healthy gums following periodontal therapy (Scaling and Root Planing). Enrolled patients who have not completed their periodontal therapy (Scaling and Root Planing) will receive the standard plan benefits and a 10% savings on their remaining treatments.
